I've been taking anti-aging supplements for a long time now and the list has steadily grown. I wear sunscreen, avoid the sun, drink plenty of water, eat healthy, and I've tried to obviate biological problems like glycation, telomere shortening, etc. Are there any clear holes in my regimen?
