I eat 1700 kcal a day i want go 1400 kcal or moderatly CRON for man 40 minutes belt and 30 minutes walking +10 minutes ergometryc bike i have reboot today and not lose weight 6 foot 147.2 lbs waked up 150 lbs now 146.2 lbs yesterday in waked up one pumpkin candy today if i drink beer my apetite reduce or not i want reduce my lean mass i trying bodybuilding since july and stop in november,or trying metformin to reduce apetite
