Hard to tell with the dark glasses, the first place I look for aging is around the eyes. 

 

He's got some neck aging.  No obvious facial structural aging.  Got a gray beard.

 

I'm guessing 50??

He has more grey hair than me, so I am guessing 55 or older.

Then you'd already know you'd won genetic lotto and you wouldn't need to ask.

People would be saying to you, Oh My Goodness, Would You Just Look At How YOUNG Grandpa Fernando Is?

He looks 30 years younger than the rest of us schmucks.

Maybe one day this will happen. It'll happen due to better science, though, and not random guesswork like "calorie restriction with optimal nutrition", or vitamins, or group-bought chemical guessing, or facelifts, tummy tucks, hair dye and follicle relocations, or hiding the parts of ourselves we think "give us away" – none of these insufficiencies do what we want.

We seek actual age reversal through advances in clinical science. No more CVD, cancer, AD, and all the pain and suffering aging inflicts upon everyone.
