I’m a noob in this area and would like to know more about supplements and regimens.
So I was wondering do these regimens help you live longer? Or is it possible they do?
My father took fish oil ( what’s it for? ) before his death, but I never knew why. He also took melatonin, probably for sleep. I took melatonin before , man the dreams were so clear on it.
I see that members here take A LOT of pills in some cases, isn’t that dangerous? Do you really have to be a biochemist or something, or can anyone do this for there health and can it potentially extend our lives by doing it?
