Do we know if that is wheat derived? And if so is the derivation of Spermidine what the actual dose is or is the dosage the wheat Germ dosage as seen in so many other supplements?

I have purchased products from them, but not Spermidine 3HCL.

The other issue is how do you know your correct dose? Does it come with a measured out scooper?
