What dosage do you take and what particular product?  

 

Can you also comment briefly on any positive or negative experiences taking this?

I am taking 16mg for neuroprotection. Larger than 16mg makes my mind a bit more clear

It seems to have a pro-psychotic effect, maybe via increasing dopamine? There is a report of someone developing psychosis from taking it and I personally feel a bit dreamy

I have been taking it for about 2 years. I like the effect it has on my skin. In the winter I get very pale, and this supplement gives my skin a nice color, kind of like 

Canthaxanthin did without the supposed eye staining effects,

I take it with macuguard from LE and also it is in Krill Oil less than a mg.  I think it helps my eyes which is something I am not gifted with.

I take it, but have not managed to isolate out any impact from it.
