I am no expert, but most body-builders I have seen put on some fat while they build up muscle. Your body needs calories to "build". Eating carbs and other high calorie food allows your body to build muscle a little quicker.

If you want to look muscular quick, you could do the body-builder routine, eat a ton of food and then cut fat later. Or you could just eat a more ketogenic diet. With keto, your body will burn fat instead of store fat. It will be a slower process to gain muscle, but you will not gain fat tissue.

To reduce body fat, I must reduce the load on the equipment
