I'm a mod from the CFS/ME novel treatments Discord, and we're doing a group buy/trial at the moment of TS-121, a Vasopressin-1B antagonist that fixes HPA axis (the stress hormone system) dysfunction.
This drug is being researched/marketed clinically for depression, but as some of you may know HPA axis dysfunction (from many decades of research) is at the core of not only depression, but anxiety, panic/PTSD, insomnia, age-related cognitive decline, and even plays a part in CFS/ME, IBS and chronic pain. Just to name a few. Runaway physiological stress destroys the body, and this treatment sustainably dampens that stress. With a little luck, over time, curing the stress hormone dysregulation so you don't even need the medicine anymore.
