I can't find a definitive answer on this.

Can anyone give me one?

Yes, you should take any vitamin supplement with food, makes it easier for you body to absorb it since the digestive process is happening

Thanks, but I read that B12 is different for some reason. All of the online references to it and meals say it should be taken on an empty stomach.
