As mutation in repair genes is another common cause of aging and tumor, alongside epigenetics. Is there any approach to set them back? As we can identify a small group of repair genes and set them back through certain approach? Seems that genetics are not advancet enough to take that action, as the toolkit is constantly limitet.

Does it mean we are doomt to irreversible aging? For an example of repair gene mutation see following paper: https://onlinelibrar....1002/ijc.33115
