Can Racetams be administred intranasally?

I'd like to know especially for Phenylpiracetam, but the question applies to the others of the family too

Wouldn't the dose be too high to dose intranasal? I recently made a noopept intranasal spray (100mg noopept, 10ml distilled water) and I get 1mg per spray.

Iirc dose of phenylpiracetam is 100-300mg.

What's the water solubility of phenylpiracetam? Is it high enough for you to get 100mg in less than several sprays?

Your gut absorbs anything just fine even with all gut diseases intranasal just leads to excess unnecessary dose which can do more bad than good. All other routes of administration I have always found pointless most of the time.
