I normally see posts about this, "oh, it's real, do this and do that" and "no, it's not real, gtfo insane naturopaths."
If so, what are the CORRECT tests for it?
I've seen serum cortisol tests to be done at different times.
I've seen a saliva cortisol test.
Various hormones and stuff.
I've just realized that for the last 5 years I've been under a lengthy amount of narcissist stress generating a plethora of health issues, and I wonder if continual stress is at the foundation.
is adrenal fatigue a real thing, and how do you check for it?
