Vitamin D interacts with the 5ht2a receptor. The D2 and 5ht2a receptor decrease the ability to fall asleep and sleep quality.

Has anyone found a way to counteract this? Impossible to get Vit D blood levels up due to this problem. Barely any sun where I'm at.

Is that cholecalciferol or 25ohd (that interacts with 5ht2a)?

I supplement with Vitamin D and have improved my sleep as a result.
