Background:  I'm a 57 year old woman who is finally getting serious about my personal healthcare and trying to undo years of bad habits with the goal of living a long and healthy life.  As background I'm a former long-term smoker who switched to vaping about 10 years ago but haven't been able to cut the nicotine out of my life.  Diagnosed with Hashimoto at 40 and ever since have taken a synthetic thyroid hormone daily.  Cholesterol levels have always been a challenge to maintain at normally recognized good numbers.  I do have a family history of cardiac concerns with both parents passed away due to heart issues.  I've recently been trying to minimize the amount of sugar and flour I consume to help with weight control and general health.  Quite the challenge for my never satisfied sweet tooth.  In February, I started tracking every bite of food I'm eating using the Chronometer app and have lost 7 pounds over the past 4 months and average less than 1200 calories a day.   I'm inherently lazy and don't exercise.  I've joined the local YMCA and actually walk in the door once in a while.

Occasionally I remember to take a capsule of Psyllium but struggle to figure out the timing of this because I don't want it to interfere with the absorption of all those expensive supplements listed above.  I feel like I need to add Fisetin to take a few days a month but haven't yet.

I keep hearing/reading that Resveratrol must be dissolved in a fat when taking but I haven't found a good way to accomplish this so I try to take with food.  Do I need to be more mindful of how I'm currently taking it?

While I've tried to perform due diligence I'm no expert so I appreciate any feedback on the regimen I've landed on.
