Thank you Michael. I guess next to the average values you must have also thought about the variance in those points and how a lowering (or increase) of the average might have a real significance e.g. when assessing the impact of a therapy or other interventions.

I was doing weekly tests although I have stopped because I am travelling. I am messing around with my metabolism, but they vary quite widely such that the Pheno age for 14/7/2022 was 58.97 and 19/7/2022 was 52.99.
That does not mean I don't have confidence in Phenoage as a summary and I have had it as low as 49.91 in January, but I think a more subtle approach to biomarkers is warranted.
I think my current state is better than January. My HbA1c is really low and things like creatinine are quite good. My main current problem is RBC quality, but I think I am sorting that.
