I return caloric restriction at late 20 yo,without alcohol,cannabis 1 quart joint 2 times a week,2250 kcal a day and 6 foot and 179lbs now reached 174.6 lbs 2 weeks ago,before weight is 185 lbs,i exercise 1 hour and and a half all steps,21 yo and 2 months now,and doesn`t count calories for 2 weeks because it doesn´t have because college and talks with my mom about weight problems.How to reaches 160lbs and live to 100 without count calories my mother won't let me buy weight loss pills, like ozempic, sibutramine, caffeine, etc. And I can't do CRON without counting calories.I would like to eat 1900 kcal to do a light CRON, because 2250 kcal puts my weight at 174.6 lbs, and I don't have time to walk more than 1.5 hours a day of all the steps.
