the tumors grew but the mice don't seems to suffer from it, no death
cage 1: 3 mice, the tumour is now ~1.4 cm cage1_20240811.jpg
cage 6: 3 mice, the gray one was already big and is becoming a big bigger, and the black and white one was slightly frail and is slightly cage6_20240811.jpg
cage 2 : 2 mice, actually no tumor, and healthy
cage 8: 5 mice - the tumor of the neck grew fast and is now ~1.6cm cage8_20240811.jpg

I didn't write lately but here are a few changes:

As a reminder, here was the state as of August 11:

"cage 1: 3 mice, the tumour is now ~1.4 cm

cage 6: 3 mice, the gray one was already big and is becoming a big bigger, and the black and white one was slightly frail and is slightly

cage 2 : 2 mice, actually no tumor, and healthy

cage 8: 5 mice - the tumor of the neck grew fast and is now ~1.6cm"

On August 14 I provided the mice with tumors to a friend who is developping anti-cancer therapies, along with 4 mice without visible tumors.
To know how to house them, and for the sake of testing the anti-cancer therapies and as we are reaching the end of the experiement, I decided to open the label with my son: cage 1 and 8 actually are under treatment and cage 2 and 6 are under water only. I prefer not to derive any conclusion for now (like mice with visible tumors are the ones with treatment): I will make the statistics later. So I remain partly blind.

So I provided him with cage 8 after having replaced one of the mice (the black mouse with reduced ears) with the mouse from cage 1 with a visible tumor

So on the side of my friend, for the anti-cancer potential therapies, we cage 8, with the 2 mice with a visible tumor and 3 mice without. As of today (September first), the ones with a visible tumor still look OK (despite the tumors), one or two (?) of the 3 mice died (I am waiting for pictures and details) and the 2 other ones are OK.

and on my side, we have cage 1, 6, 2:

cage 1: one black mouse died that was in cage 8 at the beginning of August died, the 2 other ones look fine
cage 2: the two mice are alive and look fine, I am adding the survivor of cage 6

cage 6: two mice died (the black and white and the white and beige), I am moving the remaining gray, large one mouse to cage 2
