I have always absorbed them very easily. Like niacin. I have tried zinc sulfate and I think it is Ionic so it binds to water easier and can be absorbed. Is it possible to make Ionic protein powder or something?

You ask so outlandish questions. The liver process first of all most toxin out of the body, 'absorbed' and you wouldn't be able to ask such questions anymore. For those processes a lot of essiential nutrients are processed (not 'absorbed' really) in the liver. Water or fat soluble, protein or fats make no difference. The liver takes what it needs for those processes, if not available through nutrition it becomes diseased.
