Indeed. She is so beautiful.

She reminds me of Natalie Glebova.

Sometimes people tease me at work now but most are really interested in how I stay young. I just tell them it's the green tea sometimes because it's just easier lol. My manager said to me the other day "is that the reason you look like you're 12?" lol... clearly joking... but everyone seems to think I'm still under 18 when I'm almost 27 in October.

Looking good. Skin tone looks very well preserved. The difference I seem to see is in the hair. Not just longer, but thinner. Is it the pictures? or has CR changed the quality or character of your hair, Matt?

My own hair seemed to get thinner when I started CR, but I'm 45 -- just the age when many men start to have that male pattern baldness thing kick into high gear. The graying process basically stopped with CR as far as I can see. I've been using fo-ti or He shou wu (15 g/day) and it helps me reduce the loss of hair to almost nil. Perhaps the fo-ti is affecting my hair in several ways and could be causing the thinning of individual strands.

no my hair is much thicker, that might have to do with the fact I washed my hair just before that picture :) I'll take a pic of my hair if you want haha. People say how much more thicker my hair is now :) .... Less stress! :p

Hmm, what do you attribute to your increased hair thickness? CR in general or things like lutein?

I've come to think that it's probably just related to genetics since my hair is similar to the thickness of my sister and mother. I've posted a couple updates on my blog if anyone's interested.
