Now that there is more access to food I can see our bodies getting more muscular, faster metabolism. Brains getting bigger. etc. And the high population means evolution happens faster.

Selective pressures dictate which way evolution runs, not necessarily available food.
And with respect to available food, I see people getting taller and fatter, not more muscular.
Right now, humans are somewhat limited on increasing cranial volume as the head has to fit through the birth canal and there is a limit to how wide female hips can get before they become structurally unsound. Maybe long pointy heads would work.
