I just ate average or junk (oven cooked pizza), not really veggies and fruit and all that. And I was smoking at the time, had been on and off for 18 years. Also no exercise (very sedentary), and am obese, though I’d call myself overweight as I don’t look morbidly obese. This isn’t a boast of an unhealthy lifestyle, just posting the facts against the data.
Maybe muscle mass from training in the past has something to do with my blood pressure. But I can only assume taking supplements long term has helped.
Regardless I thought people might be interested in this anomaly, possibly a benefit to supplementation counteracting an unhealthy lifestyle? Share any thoughts.
My New Years Resolution is to get healthier, better diet, lose weight (currently 100.3kg), and start daily cardio exercise for fitness. Thankfully I’ve quit smoking already (17 days).
