I am ectomorph male and want lose weight for start marathons for beat world records and not let anyone else do a marathon in a better time. I'm 6 and 165 pounds at the moment and approximately 21% body fat I'd like to get to -1% body fat to be at a BMI of 17.62 or 130.073 pounds which would be the lowest weight I could get to if I didn't lose any lean mass if I used a caliper, I believe most professional marathon runners would be a light CRONIE as they have 2-8% body fat and a BMI of 19-20.
