New post! This time, I review the health benefits of coffee, how much of that is from caffeine, and measure up tea as a bonus. ☕️

The fast take:

1-2 cups of brewed coffee strongly extends life -- more than four servings of vegetables, for example

Decaffeinated or instant coffee gives half the benefit of brewed

Tea about half as good as coffee

Coffee helps with pooping and headaches <- did not know these!

Tea contains higher caffeine than coffee. Drinking both in moderate doses helps you stay awake every day.
