Neutrophils: 5.7 [1.4-7]
Lymphocytes: 1 [.7-3.3]
Neutrophil/Lymph ratio: 5.7 [0-2.9]

eGFR: 89
Phenotypic age: -6.5
DNA Methylation age: -6.5
I'm 42 now, so these are 35.5ish.
So I've aged 6 years in 3 months??
eGFR may be normal variations, but I am normally >94 A 5 point reduction in eGFR in 3 months possibly isn't good, though.
wtf Neutrophil Lymph ratio??? It's way out of normal range (upper limit is 2.9, mine is 5.7). This is usually due to bacterial infection or physiological stress. I recently started a new workout (after not working out for a while) with kettlebells, but I'm talking very low volume (5-10 snatches per arm total). I don't think that would raise neutrophil quantities that much. Would it?
Probably going to stop the NMN and not do another round of Fisetin.
