Stimulants worsen my adhd, whereas things like magnesium very slightly help. So now I want to try amantadine for high glutamate adhd

 

But where the heck does someone acquire this stuff? I checked several nootropics vendors that used to have it but couldnt find it

I think Amantadine is under prescription so you need a psychiatrist to prescribe it. I know Dr. Ned Hallowell speaks highly about it in his book Driven To Distraction. I think he offers consultations through his website which might work if you're in the USA.
