Certain supplements have to be taken on an empty stomach, so if you have to take several of them, would taking them all at the same time on an empty stomach, cancel out the benefit of taking them on an empty stomach, seeing as individually they will be competing with each other digestively?

Good question. It would be non-trivial to look into all of the various supplements, their pharmacokinetics, and interactions. Some of them are additive. Some of them compete. I know there are websites that catalog thousands of different substances, but I don't know if anyone has gone through the trouble to decipher which ones should be taken together, on an empty stomach, or other considerations.

Horribly complicated question which will depend on the process by which substances are digested. CYP3A4, CYP1A2 and CYP2A6 are enzymes you can use as a search hook to investigate this.

And then there are multi-vitamins.... on the bottles, it usually says take with meals. Yet it has vitamins which are water soluble.
