I am a little bit freaked out by the study indicating that NMN could cause neuropathy, because I've had some before. Then there's liver damage that could be caused by high doses of NAM and NR.
Can anyone help, by citing studies, with suggestions as to which NAD+ booster is the safest for long term use?
