Even a 1.5h evening nap, energy drink and pre-workout (has caffeine) could not keep me awake. I was extremely exhausted and ready to fall asleep by midnight. Was a rough nightout lmao.
Another day I slept 7 sleep cycles instead of 5, or about 10.5h.
I take it in the afternoon, Resv mixed into protein shake (seems to help absorption) and NMN capsule + water.
Has anyone else experienced such extreme tiredness from this combo? I am unsure which one causes it.
I read that NMN is supposed to sort of drain energy, but from experience I only ever avoided taking Resv when I was already somehow tired or had muscle soreness / planned to workout. Edit: Just recalled going to the gym after as well and feeling noticeably weaker.
I've also often read people getting MORE energy from NMN, so I'm confused. I am 31y/o.
