Greetings LongeCity Community! I’ve been developing a longevity supplementation model over the past year, and so far it’s been getting me exceptional results with health improvements beyond expectations. Now I know there’s a lot of smart people in this forum. So in this next phase, would love to get your critique and fresh ideas if you share the same goal of longevity and optimal health. I hope this helps others as well. Plus when we collaborate, we win together.

9lives,
Thanks for this. It's really difficult to get traction with new threads. I have two questions, maybe it will help get the post noticed.
1. Can you upload larger versions of the photos? It is too small to read clearly
2. What is the protocol you have been following that lead to the exceptional results?

I second the points above. Would be nice to know your strategy and how you measure "exceptional results".

Sorry for the delayed response,I didn't get a notification. Is this image better?
The strategy basically involves incorporating as many of the supplements/ interventions that I can to positively influence the longevity genes and hallmarks of aging.
Since starting this regimen, I have experienced the following: increased energy, improved glucose metabolism, cognitive improvements, and reduction in muscle soreness/recovery time. Bear in mind I already had a rigorous health regimen that anchors this model which enabled me to prevent aging by 15 years or so. Therefore, identifying new supplements, modalities, etc. that level up my health are difficult to find – making the results of my n=1 experiment even more exciting. Also not represented here are more basic elements for general health, such as multi-vitamins.The added supplements include AKG, butyrate, resveratrol, akkermansia, and curcumin, plus optimizing my intake for the supplements highlighted in yellow in the chart. Admittedly, much of my results are anecdotal given what I reported. The main blood test worth sharing is my fasting glucose is down 10-12 mg/dL. I'll have more lab reports available in a month.
So it's still a work in progress as different aspects are fine-tuned. Part of my intent was to solicit inputs at this stage for those who want to help develop the model.
