This product: https://www.swansonv...-150-grams-pwdr

However, magnesium glycinate is 14.1% magnesium by weight, so 14.1% by weight means 1,000mg is 141mg of magnesium. Therefore, 400mg magnesium is 2800mg magnesium glycinate. Now, my question is, is 2,400mg glycine? So apparently there's 2,600mg of other stuff in this product.

FOR SOMEBODY TAKING LET'S SAY 5g GLYCINE EACH DAY, does that mean they can subtract out 2,400mg and only need to take 2.6g?
