Hello Michael! Well done, as usual! One question (please: NOT a criticism): I noticed you are moving away from a no-supplementation (purely dietary) to a targeted-supplementation approach in the recent post. Do I understand correctly? If so what is the motivation?

Thanks albedo, and no worries, criticism is ok! That's the best way to learn.
After 40+ blood tests since 2015, the diet composition that optimizes the vast majority of blood biomarkers has become more clear. Unfortunately, there is little room within that to optimize weaknesses like homocysteine, NAD, DHEAS, or Horvath's epigenetic age. Rather than blowing up the whole system, I now see an important role for targeted supplementation.

Your videos are good, but there are subtleties behind the biomarkers that are not brought out by the levine Algorithm (which I think is a really good algorithm). Creatinine, for example, can be affected by exercise.

Thanks John-everything can be affected by exercise. Prior to each test (Sunday before a Monday test), my activity and calorie intake (and diet composition) are standardized, to minimize their potential short-term affect on biomarkers.
