Recent diagnosed with CKD. Out of caution, I have stopped taking rara (10mg plus Grapefruit juice) every other week. Does anyone know if rapamycin is contra indicated for a person with CKD (state 3.1) Grf 58.

Check this out with regard to kidney function/rapamycin:
By the way, don't ever let doctors tell you you can't raise your GFR. I have been low 50s and have gotten it into 80s/90s (my last eGFR was 78 or so a few months back)....I've also seen others increase it substantially from there. You can do it.
