My first book review!
Peter Attia, a doctor who hosts a podcast on longevity, has written his thoughts on health and aging into a book, Outlive. He gives concrete recommendations on how to live a long and well. In return, I give concrete ratings on his advice as to whether the studies show it works or not!
I had fun with this one. Creating a routine is challenging, and there’s a lot to be learned from seeing what someone else has done.
