Has anyone been keeping track of new isrib prodrugs etc?
These are the new orally bioavailable compounds currently undergoing clinical trials and it would be great to find a way to source them.

I'd be interested in sources for ABBV-CLS-7262, specifically.

I'm in a discord group organizing a group buy for abbv-cls-7262. $750 for 10 grams plus $55 for shipping with a 4 month lead time. Dosages are around 100mg-200mg. Future group buys should be cheaper after this first production run. We need to reach a 1kg minimum.

ISRIB may cause dangerous cardiac events, see this report of a person who was hospitalised after collapsing in his bathroom with heart issues after taking ISRIB.

Abbv-cls-7262, one of the first isribs designed for human consumption, is over 8 months into human trials, and has shown no major adverse events while having measurable biomarkers isr inhibition. The only disappointment is none of the trials have published whether it has any beneficial effects yet. No one knows. As for the previous isribs, we only have anecdotes of people that may have never gotten absorption in the first place.

I used to be in an ISRIB Telegram group, where lots of people were taking ISRIB. Most seemed fine, but I think a few reported pangs in their heart, and as mentioned, one collapsed and had to be rushed to hospital.

There has been talk of another isrib trialed in dogs that caused adverse cardiac events. It was called 2bact. Regardless, this new one we are gb-ing that is currently in human trials has had no reported adverse events. So while some of the previous iterations may have caused heart-related adverse events, this one seems to have a clean safety record so far.
