Methods to decrease serotonin neurotransmission?

There are several ways to reduce serotonin neurotransmission in the brain:

 

Pharmacological targets:

  • Antagonize 5-HT receptors (5-HT1b, 5-HT2a, 5-HT2c, 5-HT3, etc) directly
  • Agonize 5-HT1a autoreceptors (which inhibit neurotransmission at other serotonin receptors)
  • Increase SERT (serotonin transporter) activity
  • Increase MAO-A activity
  • Lower the activity of the two main serotonin synthesis enzymes, tryptophan hydroxylase & aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase, (However, I'm not sure if there are drugs that actually target this)

Non-pharmacological:

  • Follow a low-tryptophan diet

Are there any other mechanisms I'm missing here that would lead to lower serotonin neurotransmission?
