Ok, so Dr. Sinclair gave us a major update recently on this:

Chemically induced reprogramming to reverse cellular aging | Aging (aging-us.com)

Any of the smart posters here want to take on what a supplement protocol might look like?

it's a very dangerous game to play. Please, do not try this at home. A side effect of reversing cellular aging indiscriminately is getting a lot of cancers. It's an interesting path but a long way from safe

I would not say he has proven that it actually rejuvenates cells beyond creating a lot of autophagy.

Ah, so it is best to wait for the 'pill'? If it ever comes? It does state in the article on this that it gets around the causing cancer issue.

Autophagy is good though, right? I guess in layman's terms, the Information theory of aging is that during the aging process, certain endemic information, that is within the cell, is no longer recognized as a cell ages? Dr. Sinclair team seem to have found chemical 'cocktails' that re-establish pathways to that information within the cell? Is that about how to sum this up?

I think Sinclair's approach to this is more of a fad than settled science.

If the pill comes out it will be about as effective as metformin. My read of the story is that the chemicals are already in public consumption but being used in a cocktail for systemic effects in the whole body. Old drugs in a new cocktail.

I'm sticking with daily c60 and methylene blue to keep aging to a minimum. (plus vigorous exercise)
