Good for you - not exactly. But it could work as alcohol substitute IF you can limit to once a week. The effect is kinda similar to having had a few drinks without any cognitive impairment and the effect stays stable for like 10-12 hours and slowly wears off. Phenibut is notorious for causing addiction and withdrawals if taken too often so I would be very careful with it.

Don't know about the legal status in Brazil.

Personally I think Kava is the least harmful recreational substance and social lubricant.

Kava is expensive?

Low functioning alcoholism and college intern ship

I want to do an internship at college, but taking around 300 ml of spirits after work I work very poorly, if I take around 400-420 ml I stop working the next day, I'm 1.83 and 90 kg, I would like to take around 150 ml at night but I wouldn't be able to do without alcohol and on the weekends I would like to drink 1 bottle of wine on Friday night and around 6-9 beers on Saturday and on Sunday I would like to have around 5-6 beers to avoid having a hangover for work, I would like to take a resveratrol capsule every day to keep my brain functioning and sometimes I feel like drinking at lunchtime, but I avoid it as much as possible, if the desire is really strong I would allow myself to have 1 glass of 120ml of red wine at lunch, but sometimes it's scary to start drinking every day at lunch

Moderate drinking can bring some benefits, such as mood relief. Because some alcoholic drinks (like red wine) have antioxidant properties, they may also reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and more.
But excessive drinking can lead to a variety of health risks and medical conditions, and long-term binge drinking can lead to tolerance, withdrawal symptoms and compulsive drinking behaviors. This requires the use of some drugs to alleviate these conditions.
