Hello

I am just starting to explore this issue, so I will appreciate the ideas here.

I have noticed recently thatI have to push quite hard (in my head) to process a new concept or solve the logical problem (lets say coding algorithm).

Using gym workout as analogy -  it feels like I am constantly pushing, like you would always increase weight/repeats on the gym by significant factor, making every workout super hard (instead it becoming easier over time).

This would be expected if I would be tired or stressed, but this is not the case recently for me. It feels like my overall "brain battery level" is down (I recently did overall body examination including USG, blood tests etc and results are good).

Did someone experienced similar issue with fatigue especially in context of "hard to think", or "thinking requires a lot of energy to push" ? Any ideas if there any supplements worth trying to fix this (have easiness of thinking)?

Have you tried nootropics such as piracetam? Does caffeine give any help? There are other things like ginkgo biloba. It may be your mitochondria are getting tired, perhaps nmn would help? Have you seen a doctor and gotten any tests? You don't mention physical tiredness so it may be something like a narrowed artery to the brain but there are so many possibilities its hard to say. See what the doc says or try different things
