In the YouTube video below, a man shared his experiences of taking 600 mg of niacin, and said that he had his blood tested for NAD levels, and that the results showed a greater increase than when he was taking NMN. But that this increase seemed to be at the expense of a potential negative impact on his epigenetic pace of aging, after he had his blood tested for that.
So he reduced his dosage of niacin to 60 mg and had another blood test, and the results showed that while his NAD levels weren't raised as much as on the 600 mg dosage, it was still raised higher than his baseline.
At the time of the video, he said he had sent his blood off for epigenetic testing, and is waiting for the results, to see if the 60 mg dosage would not negatively impact on his epigenetic pace of aging.
