Are you doing any functional aging tests? Memory? Reaction time? Physical fitness?

With respect to the various aging tests, specifically Horvath, many people in this forum have suspected low precision with epigenetic tests. A couple of years ago, mine varied from 29 to 55 years old - quite the spread.

In some circles there is still some disagreement as to how applicable epigenetic tests are to revealing your true biological age (ie, do epigenetic changes drive aging or just reflect the results of aging). It is possible that some foods/spices specifically alter parts of the epigenetic profile, without actually affecting the root cause of aging.

The top of the testing hierarchy (for me) involves optimizing function and body composition. Every workout is standardized in terms of sets, reps, frequency, and duration, so that I can know if there's any slippage.

I see epigenetic testing as a potential early warning sign before the bigger picture biomarkers can go south. For example, i'd expect epigenetic changes to precede alterations at the protein, metabolite, and cellular levels, as gene expression underlies them all.
