Every place that was selling NMN seems to have stopped.  So, are you guys still taking it, and if so, where are you getting it from?  It has been a very long time since the 'human experiment' started so have you noticed positive or negative results from it?

Can you give details on your results?  I was taking NMN for a while, and I believe it helped stall my graying.  Now that I stopped taking it, I have noticed more gray hair, but that could be coincidental.  It does not seem to reverse the graying, though.

Sorry for the late response, we should have a way to easily check our posts for replies or maybe its there and I didn't find it?

 

So anyway, my response to nmn may be an outlier in some ways so with that disclaimer, what I found was that it gave me more mental energy, maybe thats a good description. My mood went way up, I never at any time felt like I was on a stimulant except, and I can't say for sure this is due to nmn, but when I got angry after starting to take it, I would get way too angry for what was involved. So that may have indicated a stimulation but not like caffeine or meth, even mild stimulants can keep me awake and this didn't or I would have stopped it.

 

I'm back on it now and getting similar effects after having quit for a month to see what it really did and would any of it carry over. My mood went way up and I have not had a down day since using it. The feeling borders on euphoria however that may or may not be influenced by my mj medication because not too many others I have heard from said the same thing or they said they felt it for a week or a month and it went away. It still seems to be working for me and I've learned not to let myself get annoyed by things too much since I had a tendency to over react. Even if the mood lift went away entirely I would stay on it since the health benefits are more important though mental health is important too.

 

I took the recommended dose on the bottle I got the bottle from dr sinclair's site and followed the directions on the bottle. It makes a huge difference if you take it with a fat source than if you just take it with food or by itself. It needs fat to become absorbable. I can vouch for that since when I take it with just a slice of pizza, not enough fat and a low response. Taken after some gelato or ice cream, kaboom it hits good but its going to be the ruin of my diet. 

 

tl/dr It works good with ice cream and I take 900 mg a day. Cost: $73 per month subscription, delivered by mail.

 

It has some other goodies in it like trans resveratrol, D3, olive fruit extract, ergothioniene.

I panic bought 6 years worth from nootropics depot last summer when they announced it might be banned. I think it cost me around $1200. But they still sell it now so jokes on me I guess.

 

I don't really notice anything from it unless I take two of their enteric coated NMN ones. Their chlorella+nadH is supposed to be really powerful and I don't notice that either. I'm 38 this year.
