I read this years ago and then forgot about it.

 

One of my supplements recently added more hyaluronic acid to it, so I decided to start researching.

I found this.

Various places say higher hyaluronic acid concentration means less survival from cancer.

 

 

Then there is the commonly posted "fire fighter" analogy that keeps appearing online. People say "the presence of hyaluronic acid at the scene of cancer does not mean it causes cancer, similarly the presence of fire fighters at a fire does not mean the fire fighters caused the fire." You can read it in a review here, although I've seen it in more places.

 

Sounds like a misinterpretation of the study they are referencing.

Because that study from 2022 above says it FEEDS pancreatic cancer cells.

 

A thread on Longecity from 2015.

 

And that thread has a quote from DoNotAge, a company I do not trust.

 

Other places say it's only dangerous if you already have cancer.

 

Can someone smarter than me sort all this?
