Based on that, what do you think about? digestive enzymes, do they decrease bioavailability
also likely or not? perhaps you have read studies i have not found yet.
I have this probiotic powder that contains
Amylase 120 mg, Protease 30 mg, Laktase 20 mg, Lipase 5 mg, Cellulase 1 mg
and i take it along with Lycopene, Lutein and Zeaxthantin in yogurt
Perhaps i shall end that probiotic?
