According to this research published on nature.com, "Leaf tissue showed the highest concentration of trigonelline i.e. 4.715 µg/mg of the tissue followed by the seed (2.698 µg/mg)".
Would dried leaves still contain the same amount? Dried Fenugreek leaves can be bought online.

Most of the studies focused on the extract, not the seeds, but thanks, this is a good review
