Great Michael. Maybe I overlooked, but shouldn't it be 11.4 - 11.9 (vs your 12.6) in your reproduced chart for the 1-5 and 5-25 percentiles in Tonelli 2019?

Thanks Albedo for your critical eye!

In Table 1 from that paper, they listed the minimum values for each percentile, and 12.6 is the beginning of the 25-50% percentile. That means that the optimal range is from the minimum value in percentile 1 (11.4) to just before the 25th percentile (12.59)...
