Apparently, several species of mushroom are pretty high in ergothioneine. Another reason to keep up your mushroom consumption
" Dubost and colleagues (2007c) reported that ergothioneine makes up from 210 to 2,590 mg/kg of the dry weight of most commonly consumed mushrooms in the United States, including Agaricus bisporus, Lentinula edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, and Grifola frondosa.... Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that mushrooms are the best-known source of ergothioneine. "

Seems we have the most of it at 18
"It increases gradually between 11 and 18 years of age and reaches the maximum value of 3.7 mg/100 mL at the age of 18 years. "
A few tinctures offering over 100-500mgs per serving, but you could dose however you want. Unfortunately not familiar with any of the brands
Lyfetrition looks like a reasonable brand and make several other tinctures, maybe someone else can chime in on that
Most capsules give 5 mg of it except for Prohealth(they off several longevity supplements) which gives 25mg($1.33 per cap though)
