Hey there,

I just started running my first dose of 9-Me-BC today. Now I've found out that 9-Me-BC and sun exposure (supposedly?) don't go together well. However, sun exposure has more of an effect on my general mood, well-being and mental health than pretty much anything in my stack, so cutting out sun light in favor of a noot seems like a bad deal to me. However I'd also love to actually use the 9-Me-BC I bought, I was very excited for the supposed benefits on the dopamine system.

  • How sure are we that 9-Me-BC + sunlight = bad news? Is it more speculative, or is it (somewhere close to) proven?
  • Would you have to totally avoid sunlight whilst using 9-Me-BC, or would a certain amount of exposure, say 30 minutes per day, be okay?
  • Would sunscreen protect from this issue?

Thank You for reading! Looking forward very much to helpful answers!
