Why are the 50 oldest humans alive all women? I'm sure there are many reasons but is there a general consensus as to why?

Or estrogen, progesterone. I was thinking possibly the turnover of iron. We focus so much on supplements nmn nr metformin c60oo resveratrol ect ect but for men, looking into this first would probably get easier initial results
