I would like to know, is there anyone who has taken or is taking bioregulatory peptides such as epitalon, or the others, rather than in short cycles of 10-20 days, in long term cycles or even on an indefinite daily basis.

If yes, has anyone experienced desentizitaion that forced you to increase the dosage gradually throught the months/years to get the same biologic response?

Good question. They always seem to say you should cycle it, whatever it is. The trouble with peptide research is that there is no golden egg at the end of the rainbow. Big pharma wants to make billions and peptides cant be patented. Therefore there is no money for research. I haven't used epitalon but have used some other peptides

People who sell peptides say cycle them probably because most things are not good to take all the time, things like test for example. Most medicines are given for a short time to clear an infection or resolve what the issue was. If it doesn't work for a long time, they assume it didnt work and try some thing else. Many drugs do lose effectiveness over time and may need larger doses, things like cocaine. You will just have to wait and see if it keeps working

I've only ever done 5 or 10 day cycles with epitalon.

I don't know exactly what you'd want to measure to see the effect. I did notice HRV was slightly elevated by epitalon.

The Russian studies were always short term and occasional. So, that is what is followed, but if you accept that the benefit is telomerase activation, then surely you'd want to use it on a regular, or may even continuous basis.
