Trigonelline - Is it better than NMN and NR?

Recently a renowned company that sells NR and NMN, began to sell Trigonelline too, showing that it would be better than NMN and NR to increase NAD in muscles in elderly people. Do someone here have some experience using this supplement for a while? Some information too, says that it is a blood thinner, help to avoid kidney stones and much more. What you guys think about it? I tried to find information in older threads here, but didn´t find anything about it
